Hudson Department Store Maurice Salad

78F/humid/breezy/Our AC system got a checkup today, so hopefully we will stay cool this summer. Supper was Maurice Salad. What is that, you may ask? It was a special salad served in the Tea Room of Hudsons Dept. Store when I was growing up. I would go to spend time with Detroit relatives in the summer. Going shopping with my aunt and cousin and then out to lunch always made me feel so grown up. Do any of my Michigan folks remember that salad? Here is the recipe.
