How to Freeze Green Peppers

 Do you use sweet peppers in your cooking? I do too, but they get so expensive in the stores during the winter. Peppers are easy to grow, so we grow enough in our garden to last the whole year round. I chop and freeze them.Here are the last few from this year's garden that have been sitting on the sunporch getting red. I like to have a mix of red and green just to perk up the looks of our casseroles or whatever.
