# 12 Things That Go Bump in the Night

33F/sunny/calm/ Talk about things that go bump in the night...Last evening HeHimself went upstairs to listen to his sports talk show on the radio and fell asleep. I was downstairs working on family history stuff.

All of a sudden there arose such a clatter. We both were startled and called to each other, Are you OK? Hmm...wonder what that was?

This morning we found the shower curtain rod in the upstairs bath had taken a mind to fall into the tub, it being one of those that twist and have a big spring inside.

So our bump in the night had a rational explanation, but in an old farmhouse like ours, what with its nooks and crannies and odd attic spaces, one just never quite knows...
